- Live USD pricing for real portfolio value and true value-based concentration.
- Smarter answers via optional hybrid routing (hard queries only, with data sanitized).
- Switch between multiple saved wallets.
Phase 2 — Native app & execution Planned
- Desktop app (Mac / Windows) — bigger models, background monitoring, secure OS-keychain storage.
- Watchdog alerts: price moves, liquidation risk, concentration drift.
- Scoped execution: HoodAI drafts a transaction, your wallet signs — or grant a revocable session-key permission. Never your seed.
- Unify brokerage + on-chain via Robinhood's official trading MCP.
Phase 3 — Token & strategy marketplace Planned
- A marketplace of shareable agent strategies (rebalancers, liquidation-watchers, yield-hunters).
- Token utility: pay for premium strategies, creators stake a bond (slashed on misbehavior), curation, governance.
- Protocol fees + a burn on usage — the token is spent by real activity, not just farmed.
Phase 4 — Rent out your GPU, earn tokens Vision
- Share your GPU, get paid. Run a HoodAI node on your computer and earn tokens whenever it serves AI inference for the network.
- Anchor-tenant model: HoodAI's own users are the first buyers of that compute, so there's real demand from day one, not just farming.
- Task-level routing sends each request to a capable node, plus an at-home device mesh that pools your own machines.
- Spare capacity is rented out to others once supply and demand are proven, turning idle hardware into income.
Phase 5 — The endgame: a user-owned AI finance network North Star
- A fully private, autonomous money agent that watches your positions 24/7 and — only with the scoped permission you grant — plans and acts for you across chains and venues.

When the roadmap is complete, HoodAI is a private, autonomous financial agent that lives on your own device and manages your on-chain wealth across chains and venues. It watches your positions around the clock, and only with the scoped, revocable permission you grant, it plans and executes on your behalf while your wallet keeps the keys.
Its intelligence comes from a marketplace of community-built strategies and a decentralized compute network. Anyone can rent out their spare GPU power to that network and earn tokens for serving its AI inference, turning idle hardware into income. The model, the compute, the strategies, and the governance are owned by the people who use it, not a company. No one can raise your price, harvest your data, or switch it off.
